1. Customer Agreement

Please read the Terms and Conditions of this customer agreement carefully before you (the customer) make reservations and/or purchase tour-related products listed on WorldwideDesks.com. This agreement will help you completely understand the rights and responsibilities of both yourself and Worldwide Desks.

By becoming a WorldwideDesks.com customer, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the following conditions. You give irrevocable consent to be bound by all said terms and conditions, including any updates thereto.

World Wide Desk reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.

2. Your Eligibility

You must be an individual of 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may use WorldwideDesks.com only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your Responsibility

Before making reservations, it is your (customer) responsibility to:

Read the fine print associated with your product decisions, including but not limited to the following sections:

  •  Pricing and it’s notice
  •  Tour Itinerary
  •  Tour includes and Tour excludes
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Special Note, etc.

    You hereby state that you have read and fully understand the content of all fine print and will waive the right to dispute any part of it after your purchase. Once you have completed a reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep all contact information up-to-date.

4. Standard Reservation Process and E-Ticket

1. Immediately after completing your reservation, you will receive a receipt by email.

2. Once your payment has been processed, your booking will be confirmed, and a reservation order ID will be generated. We will send you your confirmed booking via email.

3. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid ID to your tour guide or at the check-in desk on the day of departure.

5. Pricing

Please be aware that our prices are offered in the currency of the United States Dollars. Prices may vary, for example, due to availability or during holidays. All bookings made during holidays are subject to price variation.

6. Chargeback

You hereby waive any objection you may have to World Wide Desk’s use of electronic records with Discover, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or banks that issue credit cards, should it be necessary for Worldwide Desk to respond to a chargeback.

You agree that World Wide Desk does business electronically by means of email. Therefore, you agree that email serves as the form of delivery and constitutes delivery of service in this transaction. You agree not to dispute a credit card charge on the basis of service if World Wide Desk can prove that the E-Ticket was sent by email (by providing electronic proof indicating the E-Ticket was sent at a specific date and time as recorded by Worldwide Desk’s computer system). You agree that you will not dispute any charge improperly. This includes false chargebacks claiming fraud if the name of Worldwide Desk was recognized by you.

In the event you file a chargeback improperly, you agree to provide a statement to the credit card company confirming the correctness of the charge and should be promptly sent as an email to Worldwide Desk. In the event legal action is necessary for Worldwide Desk to respond to the chargeback or to collect the chargeback fee, you agree to pay Worldwide Desk’s legal expenses if Worldwide Desk prevails in the lawsuit.

7. Standard Amendment, Cancellation, Refund Policy

Your purchase card will be automatically transferred as a reservation. Your purchase will be confirmed via email within 3 hours. The cancellation fee policy will take effect once you complete your reservation. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend customers to read and review the cancellation policy before making a purchase.

8. What can be refunded:

Some tours may require a minimum number of travelers to operate. If the required number of travelers is not met, affected travelers will be fully refunded or may choose a substitute product. Such occurrences are very rare.

  •  Please note that the product chosen by the traveler as a substitute may be more expensive than the original product and therefore may incur additional costs.

9.  What CANNOT be Refunded

No refund will be given for any unused portions of the tour.

If the traveler decides to depart after the tour commences, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. Some tours are totally non-refundable and non-changeable once booked.

10. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: Made within 24 hours after Booking Start Date of Booking Full Refund for the same.

All cancellations must be made directly with Worldwide Desk and not with tour providers.

In most cases, reservations paid by wire transfers, cash deposits, or traveler’s checks will be refunded via PayPal or check.

For refunds processed by credit card, associated fees will be deducted from the refund amount overall.

Purchases made via credit or debit cards will be refunded to the same form of payment.

11. How to cancel a Reservation

We will process your cancellation / Refund Request within the same day! Any verbal requests over the phone also require an email confirmation of cancellation along with your reservation number.

12. Changes

  • Date Change Allowed.
  •  Modification of traveler’s name in alphabets allowed( 2 to 3 letters).
  •  Changing Tour.
  • Changing Itinerary
  •  Removing/ Replacing a guest
  •  Adding/ Replacing a guest

Note: Fare difference may apply if applicable, depending on availability.
